Shipping Policy

All orders ship via USPS (or a comparable carrier) ground service.
Orders will be submitted for shipping within 24 hours of receipt during business days.
Tracking information can be obtained from the shipment confirmation email or your
account online.
If you want your order to ship out the same business day, your order must be placed
prior to 10 am PST. Express shipping incurs additional fees. Shipping time does not
include processing time and refers to time in transit only.

Returns / Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 10-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your VoCê Haircare online purchase or it arrives damaged, please contact us via email at support@vocehaircare.com for return instructions. We will gladly issue a refund/exchange. 

1. Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. All exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. 

2. We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Only products purchased on Vocehaircare.com may be returned for refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for VoCê Haircare product purchased at other retailers.

Are Your Fragrances IFRA Compliant?

VoCê products are formulated and are compliant with the International Fragrance Association know as (IFRA) all products are blended with fragrances to give the California sensory experience, formulated at low, nonhazardous levels. 

Our fragrance does not contain the known irritants linalool, acetone, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, camphor, ethanol, ethyl acetate, and methylene chloride.
